Data Deletion
PageOps is used only by its operator, on Facebook Pages the operator owns. It does not keep names or IDs of the people who view or comment on those Pages (see the Privacy Policy). You can still ask for any data about you to be deleted.
Ask us to delete your data
- Send an email to support@nelenga.com with the subject "PageOps data deletion request".
- Include the name on your Facebook account and, if it applies, a link to the comment or post concerned.
- We confirm by email and delete any data about you that the app holds within 30 days.
Delete it yourself on Facebook
- Comments: open your comment on the Page and choose Delete.
- If you ever connected PageOps to your account: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select PageOps, choose Remove, and tick the option to delete activity the app may have posted. You can then send the request above as well.
